Great experience! Great people to work with !!!! From our first interaction with this team from Parkview RV in Smyrna Delaware - at the RV Show in Ocean City, Maryland we found everyone to be terrific! The salesperson, Jeff, was outstanding, explaining everything in great detail about the Northern Lite camper there at the show we were interested in. From the moment we said we wanted it he made sure everything was taken care of, every detail explained, all questions answered, information shared, appointments made and all done with a smile no matter how many questions we had, he had the answer or found it! Before we arrived to pick up our camper we had a couple of additional questions of our own and he was right there on the telephone to answer everything. Everyone was willing to do whatever it took to keep things moving and to make sure we had what we needed. The highlight of our time was spent learning all the particulars of our new camper and Jeremy and Bruce spent much time with us going over everything to make sure we knew all the important facets of the camper we purchased. They were friendly, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with regard to everything shared and we had fun and laughed together! It was our joy to spend most of our day with them learning so much and they shared so willingly and with such kindness. We did have some prior knowledge as we have owned campers before but never have we ever had someone treat us like this team did, especially Jeremy, Bruce and Jeff. It was a phenomenal experience and we are so happy we ran into Jeff that day in Ocean City at the show. and he took the time to share with us the joy of owning a Northern Lite camper and then to arrive at the showroom and to be treated with so much enthusiasm from everyone we came in contact with there! On our visit to Parkview RV, we spent well over an hour with one of their Sales Associates who explained everything about purchasing a RV and how it would fit our lifestyle. He was so detailed, and he exhibited such excellent Customer Service. He had our attention.
He showed us several motor homes on the lot, and then he gave us a tour of Parkview, introduced us to each of the Service Technicians, the Service Staff Members, and the Owners of Parkview RV Sales and Service. He shared with us information about the annual rallies and seminars Parkview offers each year. He assured us that not having all the knowledge we needed upon the purchase was OK. We learned that the Service Technicians not only show up each day and work on the RV's and Campers, but they study and become Master Technicians. No other RV Sales and Service that we'd researched offered what Parkview was offering us.
We signed the Purchase Agreement that day. We enjoyed our Voyage and loved the fact that we would never have to leave our Alpha and Omega behind again while we were on vacation.
Then about a year later, Parkview added more RV's and Campers to their lot. No two floor plans are identical there. It's amazing to see so many beautiful ones with such good floor plans. There are just so many awesome ones! We saw a motor home that had a floor plan we just loved. We again sat down with our Sales Associate and he assisted us in custom ordering our 2008 Adventurer. Every detail was covered!
Unlike any other RV Sales and Service Center we visited, Parkview carefully sells you what meets your life style best, they service it with whatever it needs, and they educate you on every aspect of your RV or Camper, inside and out. We stayed over night on the Parkview Lot the first night with both of our RV's. No other RV Sales Center we'd researched offered this.
Of all the RV Sales and Service Centers we researched, of all the Sales Associates we met in the three years we were shopping - none came close to Parkview. Attention to detail is big with us, as is Customer Service. After two motor homes, much service department interaction - (they even winterized our motor home for us) we've learned there's no problem, small or large that they don't help resolve.
Parkview is like a security blanket when you need one most. If you're out of state and have a question, they give you undivided attention on the phone, and continue to exhibit their professionalism and their personal touch as well. They are the most genuine, honest, people of any business we've dealt with in Delaware since we arrived here in 1988.

Two weeks after our Truma hot water heater was expertly repaired by Jeremy at Parkview, our Cummins Onan generator died. Oh no! (Note that we did not purchase our motorhome from Parkview. My wife and I are merely driving through Delaware on our way south, and we contacted Parkview to ask if they could fix our Truma. As I wrote in a separate review, they did a superb job repairing it.)
Now, our Cummins generator died! So, another call to Dave in Service at Parkview. Once again, Dave and his colleagues exceeded our expectations: “Porky” (the technician) removed our generator, figured out it was not cost effective to repair it (it would have been many hours of labor, and even then the outcome was uncertain), and wound up installing a new one. Parkview got in the new one in record time, by leaning on their supplier.
The icing on the cake: Parkview waived a huge amount of our bill — as a courtesy to us.
Who could not be deeply appreciative for such service and kindness? I could go on at length, singing Parkview’s praised — but will forbear.
These people are in a class by themselves. My wife and I unhesitatingly recommend them. This is what an RV dealership should be!

Outstanding! Over the years I've purchased two trailers from this dealership. Those in the sales department offered several great options and helped us make the right choice. The parts department has always been ready to help me when I've needed assistance. And the service department is TERRIFIC! They have been quick to deal with a few minor issues, have been wonderful in explaining the problem and solution, and have been more than fair in their charges. My wife and I bought our first RV a class C Redhawk 29xt. Jeff oursales person did an excellent job filling is in on do’s and dont’s of camping. They have us a fair deal on my trade in “motorcycle” and a fair deal on the price of our new camper. When we picked it up Court spent 2 hours making sure we understood everything about the camper and if something was not to my satisfaction he did not hesitate to fix it.
