About Our Rentals
**You Must Be At Least 25 Years of Age With a Valid Drivers License to Rent Any Unit**
Each Rental includes:
Demonstration of the Vehicle, Full LP Tanks, Sewer Hose, Water Hose, Water Pressure Regulator, Toilet Paper and Chemical.
There is a 1.92% Delaware Rental Tax added to all Nightly Rental Fees
Motorhome Rentals Include 100 Miles per Day and a Full Tank of Gas. Each Additional Mile is $.44 and the Motorhome MUST be Returned Full of Gas.
$115.00 Cleaning Fee/Waste Evacuation Fee is Mandatory for all Rentals
Optional Extras:
$50 Wireless Brake Control
$50 Hitch Equipment
$20 Unlimited Daily Usage of Generator
$100-$300 Delivery Fee (local)
Portable Generator $400 security deposit and 20.00 per day
Bike racks are available for both TT and MH for $50.00
Security Deposit
All units require a security deposit that is refunded when the unit is dropped off or picked up by Parkview and reviewed, verifing no damage. Any damage will be taken out of Security Deposit.
Towables require a $500.00 deposit and Motorhomes require a $1000.00 deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel the rental for any reason within 30 days of your rental, you will forfeit the entire security deposit. Cancellation 31 days or longer from the rental is charged a $100.00 fee from the security deposit.
Insurance
Proof of Insurance is required for ALL rentals.
Motorhomes require an insurance binder, most insurance companies will provide this service. If yours does not, you may purchase MH insurance through MBA Insurance for $27 per DAY with a $10 set up fee.
