A soft-spoken individual, Rick Horsey’s contributions to RVDA and the RV Learning Center cannot be denied. Even during times when recessions and struggles were testing the industry, Mr. Horsey’s ability to remain focused on continuing education was key to developing processes and procedures that remain in place today. The well-known Delaware RV retailer has chaired the RVDA and RVDA Education Foundation boards while also serving 10 years on the RVDA-RVIA Service Technician Certification board. Mr. Horsey was also very involved in helping set up the Go RVing Coalition’s Committee on Excellence. An advocate for continuous education and a true champion for the RVing industry, Mr. Horsey was inducted to the RV Hall of Fame in 2005.
